The room was absolutely amazing - clean, spacious, and had a super comfy bed. The bathroom was massive and had plenty of cupboard space. We were pleasantly surprised to find a kettle in the room and toiletries provided. The hot water in the shower was mind-blowingly good. The host was always available and incredibly helpful, answering all our questions. We loved that the hotel provided free drinking water. The location was perfect, not too far from anything but away from any noise.

The room was large, no reason to complain. We found The Moment Restaurant to dine in 500 feet from the hotel. Free WiFi is good. The location was close to everything we wanted to do.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Sapa, made me feel right at home. The staff treated me like family and were really nice too ensure my comfort. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed. The hotel's cafe offered amazing views, both indoors and outdoors. I highly recommend this really good hotel to everyone.

our stay at sapa central was amazing! the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. the room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the balcony. the hotel's location was convenient, close to the bus station and surrounded by restaurants and shops.

Clean rooms with a breathtaking shared balcony for jaw-dropping views. The friendly and helpful staff spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to assist us. The spacious room had a super comfy bed, a massive bathroom with hot showers, and ample cupboard space. The host was always available, and the hotel even provided free drinking water. The location was ideal, close to restaurants but away from noise. We were pleasantly surprised by the room upgrades and appreciated the slight discount given. a mind-blowing stay with all the amenities we needed, including Wi-Fi, a bar/lounge area, a restaurant, and a flat-screen TV. Plus, the electric kettle was a nice touch.

Lovely place to stay! I stayed at this hostel for 4 nights and had a fantastic time. The guy at the reception was helpful and spoke great English. The location of the hotel was perfect, with cozy rooms and a nice bathroom. I loved the hot water and the heating mat in the bed, perfect for the colder nights. Plus, the balcony was a great spot to enjoy a delicious breakfast for a reasonable price.

Comfortable and convenient
I really liked this place, it was perfect for a quick stopover. The room had everything you need, like a table and an extremely comfy bed. It was a great base for a trip around here.👍
